Beach escape

We really needed to beat the heat today...this heat wave is never-ending! We are all missing the beach, so Cooper and I headed to Brighton Beach today.

 We got there before it got too crowded.

 The people watching here was something I've never seen before. Wow, is all I can say! We spent almost every minute just soaking in the water...it felt so good to be cool! We only got out to eat our sandwiches.

 We couldn't believe that we had an empty subway car for one whole stop. You can't believe how crowded it normally is. When we ride during rush hour times (taking Zoe to and from dance), it is wall to wall people, and you are "up-close and personal" with everyone!
