Zoe's Day...

We try to keep these little traditions alive, but it is getting harder and harder as they get older and busier. We celebrated Zoe's Baptism Anniversary with a coconut pineapple cake, even though it was pretty late at night.

Although I hope she never needs the reminder, I want her to always know how blessed we feel that God gave her to us!

Getting glasses

Zoe's been mentioning that her vision hasn't seemed as clear lately, and after I received a text from her at school saying she couldn't read the board in French, I figured I had better get her in for an eye exam!

 Turns out she is definitely far sighted, so glasses it is! It took us "forever" to pick a pair, and we went back and forth with several pairs. We had the whole office staff involved in on the decision!

 She finally picked these cute Banana Republic ones.

It will take a couple of weeks to get them, but hopefully it will make seeing the board a little easier now. ;)

Last Class...

Tonight Zoe had her last class with Chad. She's been taking some classes with him for the last year or so, but as his professional career has taken off, he's had to cut back on his teaching. He is now leaving for the East Coast to travel with a company, so he did an extra class for a few dancers before heading out.

His contemporary choreography is amazing, and Zoe will miss taking class with him! Hopefully he can return for some master classes next year. :)
