Is it summer yet???

I think we all needed a day of rest after the crazy last week...we were exhausted! Although we would've loved a beach day, Joe woke up with a horrible migraine, so he was couch bound for the day. The kids and I took advantage of the warm weather and spent most of the day in the pool (in between loads of laundry, of course).
We did come in and curl up on the bean bags to watch the new Alice in Wonderland movie once we were beat from the heat though...what a great movie!
We ended the night roasting hot dogs over the fire and enjoying some yummy smores! The kids even jumped in the pool again for a night swim. Only 5 days of school left until summer vacation...we sure got a nice taste of it today and can not wait!
