Our school was putting on a fun family family night at a Storm baseball game. We were excited to head back to the stadium for another game. A couple of weeks ago Zoe had auditioned to sing the National Anthem with a group of 5th graders from chorus. She couldn't wait to get there and perform!
Mrs. Lososky was leading the group for their performance. They were all anxiously waiting to get down on the field. They even got to spend a little time with Thunder, the team mascot.
Time to perform! Unfortunately they were facing the field, so I couldn't get any pictures of them actually singing, but they did a great job and it was a fun memory for all of them!
Cooper and his friend Westin were hanging out over the dugout waiting for the game to start.
Everyone took their seats after the performance and watched the game. The kids spent some time playing in the Kids Fun Zone too.

Zoe got to hang out with her friend Lauren and enjoyed some yummy ice cream.
The game was exciting, even with the Storm losing (again!). It is always fun to watch and be so close to the action though.
The night ended with a fantastic fireworks show, and we were glad we stayed to see it!
