New York...continued!

Zoe and I were up at the crack of dawn again, to do the last of our exploring before we had to leave. The NYC Half Marathon was going on, which meant walking an extra 13 blocks to get to where we wanted to be. It wasn't too bad, except for the 34 degree temps!

We made it to Rockefeller Center.
We went into Bouchon for some coffee and pastries, while watching the Sunday morning Today show team do their thing.

We walked up 5th Avenue to do some window shopping, and couldn't resist this selfie to send to Joe...

I took Zoe to Momofuku Milk Bar since she wasn't with me the last time.
I picked up their famous Crack Pie, a cookie, and Zoe finally tasted the cereal milk ice cream. She doubted me, but realized just how perfect it was!
We continued up 5th Ave and went inside the Plaza hotel...
We made our way through the bottom of Central Park...

We met a really nice NYPD officer, who talked with us for quite a while before letting us cross the half marathon path to get to Columbus Circle.
We jumped on the subway back to Times Square for some last minute souvenirs for Zoe and some friends back home...
and of course, one more dessert stop!
We met up with the rest of the family, checked out of the hotel, and drove out to Long Beach on Long Island. I really wanted to get out and walk along the beach, but we were in a rush to check in to our hotel and get ready for the wedding.
