When we went strawberry picking last week, they didn't have a large amount of good "jam" strawberries. I had mentioned to Joe that if he happened to pass any fruit stands in the next couple of weeks, to see if he could pick some up. Well, he did...and brought me home 2 giant flats (over 20 pounds) of strawberries! So, this is how I spent a late night, and a few daytime hours...
