Morning hike...

We woke up this morning to a perfect Autumn day! The weather was beautiful with a wonderfully crisp wind. Jax had spent the night, so we decided to take the kids out for a neighborhood hike. They love to go down the ravine behind some of the houses and climb around. We found a few creatures, both dead and alive, including an injured snake.
We found a new "trail" that led to this spot at the top of a hill which gave us a great view of all of the city. We had a great time exploring and enjoying nature a bit. I love Fall!
