It was quite an adjustment being back from our long time away. Lots of cleaning, unpacking, organizing, and trying to catch back up with everything and everyone! I have to admit, it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be.
We were all extremely happy to be back with our dogs though! They even helped us unpack!
And they spent lots of time cuddling in our beds and hanging out with us.
Polo sure missed his mom and decided he deserved a night in her bed!
The kids were anxious to get back together with friends and their lives though! We spent a few days at Get Air, but somehow I didn't get any pictures. There was lots of pool time...
back to school shopping with good friends...
watching beautiful sunsets...
sleepovers...
scooter time...
more pool time...
and saying goodbye to our neighbors of 8 years.
While we were gone Joe had repainted Cooper's bathroom, so we spent some time hanging pictures and putting in the accessories...
Cooper also spent a few more days back at Mimi's house for surfing, beach time, and trampoline jumping! It was quite a week getting settled back in. We are trying to squeeze in as much as we can before school starts and our summer quickly comes to an end!
