Strawberry Jam!

Since we had so many strawberries on hand, we decided to try canning our own jam. I found a great pectin free recipe online, so we thought we would give it a try!

 This process takes a lot of patience, but it was well worth it!

 Since we'd never done it before, we only did a small batch. Can't wait to make more another day!

 The result was a deliciously sweet jam!
